By purchasing or downloading any digital products from PondeNet (including MikroTik Hotspot templates, Web Isolir templates, and HTML Empty States), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products under the following terms.
Allowed Usage
- Use the templates for personal or commercial projects.
- Modify the code, design, and assets to fit your specific needs.
- Install on multiple devices or networks owned by you or your direct clients.
Restrictions
No Redistribution or Resale
You cannot resell, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the original source code or modified versions of the templates as a competing digital product.
Asset Extraction
You may not extract specific UI components or graphics to use them in other separate projects intended for resale.
Limitation of Liability
The products are provided "as is". PondeNet is not responsible for any technical failures, network disruptions, or security vulnerabilities resulting from user-side modifications. We are not liable for templates that become broken or non-functional due to improper customization, code changes, or incorrect configuration performed by the user.
